I used to be the guy who just couldn’t gain weight. No matter how much I ate… no matter how hard I trained… nothing changed. I’d look in the mirror and at the scale and see the same number and skinny frame staring back at me. I felt small next to my friends, I was the skinny guy of the group.
And if I’m being honest - it started to mess with my confidence.
So I did what most skinny guys do… I tried everything. I forced down ridiculous amounts of food late at night to get the calories in. I copied what the guys on Instagram, who looked in great shape guys were doing, thinking it would work for me too - but it didn’t.
I was putting in the effort… but staying consistent with the 2 hour long workouts and 4000 calorie bulking plan wasn't sustainable.
Then everything changed. I realised the problem wasn’t me or my genetics - it was my approach. All the advice out there is built for people who don't struggle to put on weight.
But hard-gainers? We need a completely different system.

And for the first time… I started seeing real progress. I was gaining weight consistently, at 18 I went from 58kg -> 62kg in the space of 1 month implementing my own system. Now 22 sitting at 75kg I'm confident my system can be stuck to.
The best thing about it was the ability to build genuine size when you first start out and stay consistent with getting stronger every session, and keeping track of my lifts not just hoping for it.
But most importantly… I started feeling confident in my body.
